As younger but seasoned Realtors, we love working with and understand the needs of FIRST-TIME BUYERS and MOVE-UP BUYERS/SELLERS. Our extensive sales experience and work ethic help ensure a secure and favorable transaction, while making it a positive experience. We’ve developed great friendships with many of our clients.
We also have helped guide a number of our clients through FORECLOSURE and SHORT-SALE transactions. These situations can be complicated and problematic, and guidance from a good agent is critical.

We create a heavy Internet presence (including Realtor.com, CBBurnet.com, ColdwellBanker.com, craigslist, Trulia, Oodle, Edgio, GoogleBase, Propsmart, Vast, OLX and others). CBB HomeInfo Line and LeadRouter provide instant notification and responses for buyer inquiries. We maintain excellent communication with showing agents and our sellers. Finally, we’re not TOO big. We’ll be there to help you price your house, and we will be available long after closing the sale.
Buyers
We take the time to understand your needs and expectations, and to explain the process. We’ll set up an auto search to instantly notify you of any/all homes that meet your search criteria. Then we do our homework to find the best houses to visit, so we don’t waste your time. We have strong relationships with the people who will be involved in making sure that your transaction is smooth, safe and secure (lenders, title company, inspectors, contractors and movers). Finally, as a team of two, we can be much more accessible and responsive to your needs and schedule than a single Realtor®.
